OPTICS | SPRING 2026

Lovejoy’s latest collection, OPTICS, builds upon her ongoing exploration of perception;  examining how we see the world, understand our place within it, and relate to those around us. The works unfold through a considered progression from unstructured to structured forms, where geometric precision gradually intersects with organic movement, articulated through the artist’s signature layered compositions.

Drawing inspiration from the shifting qualities of light across seasons and the passage of time, each work captures a transient moment, embedding a sense of emotional resonance within the canvas. Through this interplay of form and light, OPTICS reflects on the fluidity of experience—tracing the evolving landscapes we inhabit and the lingering imprints of memory that shape identity and notions of home.
